La gestione del cantiere richiede oggi all’impresa di costruzioni e al general contractor una attenzione estrema ai costi operativi e una flessibilità senza precedenti, senza compromessi sulla qualità di materiali e soluzioni tecnologiche.
Per far fronte a queste esigenze, PRISMA propone il proprio servizio di noleggio dei moduli prefabbricati abitativi, che ha costi certi, non richiede l’investimento di capitali iniziali e garantisce la massima flessibilità di utilizzo.

ASSEMBLATI SU MISURA

Le soluzioni PRISMA sono “tagliate su misura”: l’ufficio tecnico sviluppa progetti personalizzati per ogni cantiere e può fornire anche monoblocchi prefabbricati sovrapponibili per realizzare soluzioni su 2 o 3 piani. I monoblocchi prefabbricati per il cantiere (edile e infrastrutturale) di PRISMA non richiedono fondazioni e possono essere allacciati alle utenze in modo semplice e veloce. Praticamente infinita la gamma di applicazioni: dagli uffici agli spogliatoi, dalle mense ai dormitori, dai campi di lavoro completi agli uffici vendite in loco per società immobiliari

Arredamento

Prisma Noleggi garantisce, compreso nel prezzo di noleggio mensile pattuito in fase di preventivo, anche la fornitura di arredamento specifico per le esigenze del committente

Caratteristiche

I campi di lavoro temporanei al servizio di grandi cantieri sono da sempre un fattore di criticità nella valutazione economica di un appalto da parte delle imprese; tale criticità è ancora più elevata quando i campi sono necessari alla costruzione di infrastrutture stradali o ferroviarie e quindi devono "seguire" il cantiere lungo il tracciato. Sicurezza, qualità degli spazi, efficienza e naturalmente economicità sono i fattori chiave da valutare; fattori tutti risolti dall'offerta di monoblocchi prefabbricati di Prisma Noleggi che consentono di realizzare un campo in tempi brevissimi con costi certi e con una flessibilità compositiva pressochè assoluta. Dagli uffici di progettazione alle residenze per gli operai, dai servizi igienici alle sale riunioni e agli spogliatoi, ogni funzione trova puntuale applicazione con i nostri monoblocchi. Con un vantaggio in più rispetto alle soluzioni tradizionali: la flessibilità.

Il cantiere dell'Excelsior Hotel Gallia di MIlano sorge nel cuore pulsante della metropoli lombarda, nelle immediate vicinanze della ristrutturata Stazione Centrale. Il cantiere è stato impostato dalla committenza e da Bovis Lend Lease che gestisce la sicurezza, secondo altissimi standard qualitativi sia dal punto di vista della sicurezza sia da quello delle tempistiche di cantiere che sotto il profilo delle imprese autorizzate a lavorarvi. Risultato di un approfondito processo di selezione qualitativa effettuata tra i fornitori disponibili sul mercato, la fornitura dei moduli prefabbricati abitativi a noleggio da parte di Prisma Noleggi sul cantiere del Gallia è, di per se stessa la prova della qualità del servizio di noleggio che siamo in grado di garantire ai nostri committenti.

Scavare sotto a Roma non è mai stato semplice visto la quantità di storia che caratterizza la Capitale italiana; esigenza primaria per tutte le imprese che operano sui cantieri della nuova linea C della Metropolitana è la discrezione. Per questo i cantieri di superficie sono ridotti al minimo e devono essere estremamente flessibili da gestire. Di qui l'esigenza del Gruppo Trevi, impegnato, per conto del general contractor Metro C s.c.p.a, nei consolidamenti nella tratta T3 che va dai Fori Imperiali a Ipponio, di utilizzare un modulo abitativo Prisma a noleggio per il cantiere di lavoro localizzato vicinissimo Colosseo. Il monoblocco è impiegato come ufficio e come base logistica e deve, vista la prestigiosa area turistica dove è collocato, essere perfetto in ogni dettaglio.
